At PetPortraitMugs, every mug is custom-made with love and printed on demand.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing and shipping times.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are custom-made.
Processing time: 2–4 business days
(Production time may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.)

🚚 Shipping Time (USA)

We currently ship only within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Total Delivery Time: 5–11 business days (processing + shipping)

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and chosen shipping method.

📍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all U.S. states except:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. territories

• PO Boxes

• Military addresses (APO/FPO)

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link.
If you do not receive it after 5 business days, please contact us.

🔁 Lost / Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, we will remake and resend your order at no additional cost.

Delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions are not under our control, but we will help whenever possible.

❗ Address Issues

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
